As featured in this aerial video, Phillips Hardy completed a mass grading project in the fall of 2017 which included earthwork totaling 700,000 cubic yards across 800 acres to provide wildlife habitat improvements in north-central Missouri.
The project began with the removal of existing berms, levees, and water control structures, which previously served as a commercial fish farm, and then included construction of new water control structures and final grading for the wildlife habitat.
